This is a template prepared for NAODev. It must be reviewed and completed with our actual legal entity name, contact email, jurisdiction and named processors before this page is relied upon. Until that is done, treat it as a starting point rather than a final legal notice.

1. Information we collect
When you submit the project inquiry form we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, company or brand name (optional), the type of website you need, your optional budget and timeline preferences, your message, and your preferred contact method.
We also record the technical information necessary to deliver the form securely, including the approximate network address the request came from. We do not collect special categories of personal data, and the form has no fields that invite them.
2. How we use your information
We use the information you submit only to review your inquiry and reply to it. We do not add you to a marketing list, and we do not sell or share your details with third parties for their own purposes.
If you ask us to delete your details, or if an inquiry does not lead to a project, we remove or anonymise it in line with the retention period below.
3. How the form is delivered
Submissions are validated on our server and delivered to whichever backend NAODev has configured. Depending on that configuration this may be a Supabase database, an email notification delivered through Resend, or a form service such as Web3Forms.
Those providers act as processors on our behalf. The exact processor or processors in use should be named here before this policy is published.
4. Cookies and analytics
This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies and loads no third-party tracking scripts. There is therefore no consent banner, because there is nothing to consent to.
If analytics are added in future, this section and the consent position must be updated before they are enabled.
5. How long we keep it
Inquiries are retained for as long as needed to deal with your request and to meet any legal obligation, and are then deleted or anonymised. Where you have asked for a project and we are working together, records are kept for the duration of the engagement plus a reasonable period afterwards.
6. Security
Form submissions are validated on the server, protected by rate limiting and spam filtering, and transmitted over encrypted connections. Access to stored inquiries is limited to the people working on them.
No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your data we will tell you and the relevant authority as required by applicable law.
7. International transfers
NAODev works with clients in different countries. Our processors may store or process information outside your country, including in jurisdictions whose data protection rules differ. Where that applies, suitable safeguards are relied upon.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, and to complain to a data protection authority.
To exercise any of these, contact us through the channels on our Contact page. We will respond as soon as reasonably practicable and will always ask for enough information to verify your identity.
9. Changes to this policy
We update this policy when our practices change — for example when a form provider changes, or when we begin using analytics. The 'last updated' date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
